Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with the goods you have purchased from Gamerabilia Limited, you may return them to us for a refund. You must inform us of your intention to do so within fourteen days of receipt of your order and you then have a further fourteen days within which to return the item(s).

If you wish to return an item, PLEASE read and respect the following:

All goods returned must be as new and thus resaleable. Original packaging must be intact and any tags must still be attached. If the items you are returning were sent to you wrapped in any kind of padding, such as bubble wrap, please ensure that they are returned in the same way in order to prevent damage occurring during transit. In the case of clothing, please ensure that returned items of clothing are not soiled (i.e. with any kind of dirt or hair on them), nor carrying any kind of odour. This is especially important in the case of underwear, nightwear and swimwear. Any goods returned to us which are not deemed to be in acceptable condition will not be refunded. The responsibility for the delivery cost of returning goods lies with the customer unless the goods arrive faulty or we have sent the wrong item. In the event that your original order qualified for free delivery but your order total falls below the free delivery threshold after the deduction of returned items, you will be refunded for the returned items minus the lowest available delivery fee for the remaining items. If you are returning an item that came with a free gift as part of any kind of special offer or promotion, you must return the free gift, otherwise you will be refunded for the returned item minus the cost of the free gift. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect the goods and aim to issue a refund within ten working days.

Please remember to include your invoice with any returned items!

Damaged Goods

Please report any damage or non-delivery of your goods immediately. Complaints relating to damage sustained during transit will not be considered unless made in writing within three days of receipt of the goods. Any claim for damaged or defective goods will only be entertained if the goods are returned to Gamerabilia Limited in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit.

Warranties and Liabilities

Subject to conditions, Gamerabilia Limited warrants that goods will correspond to their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from any defects in material and workmanship. Gamerabilia Limited will, at its own choice, either replace, repair, or refund goods found to be faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period relating to the goods. Gamerabilia Limited do not place their own warranty on any of the products that they sell.

Gamerabilia Limited will, as far as possible, endeavour to ensure that all goods supplied are safe and compliant with any relevant standards with regard to the specific intended and stated use for the goods. Gamerabilia Limited cannot be held responsible for defects arising from misuse or mishandling of goods. Any fault or damage to the goods supplied should be reported to Gamerabilia Limited immediately; failure to do so may affect the manufacturer’s warranty.

The Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified Gamerabilia Limited against all claims, proceedings, costs and expenses in connection with any third party claim based upon any allegation that the safety of the goods (or materials or components comprised within the goods or any goods in which the goods are incorporated) is not such as persons are generally entitled to expect, save for where such deficiency in their safety was present at the time the goods were dispatched to the customer.
